FAQ

About the seats

Q: Which are good seats?

Welcome Green Tea

The best seats are, of course, the premium seats in the 1st row with no restricted view. There is a pillar next to the stage, but it does not block the view even from seat No. 1. (The premium seats will be given priority and preferential treatment in everything, and include a Welcome Green Tea Service before the performance.)

You will enjoy good views from all seats in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows.
The views from the 5th and 6th rows may be restricted.

Q: The prices are the same for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows but with different chairs - what is the difference?

In the 2nd row, you will have a good view between the guests seated in the front row.
You will be able to sit comfortably on a chair mattress (8cm) with your legs stretched out. A tatami chair with backrest will enable you to enjoy the performance in the authentic atmosphere of the Japanese Ozashiki party.

The views from the 3rd row are restricted by the guests in the 1st and 2nd rows, but your view will be slightly raised by sitting on a chair mattress (15cm). These seats are easy to sit on and stand up from. A tatami chair with backrest will enable you to enjoy the performance in the authentic atmosphere of the Japanese Ozashiki party.

The 4th row is slightly away from the stage, but a 41-cm-high stool enables you to see from a higher position than the guests sitting in front. These seats are very easy to sit on and stand up from.

Q: I would like to purchase a ticket for the standing room …

Once all of the seats have sold out, standing-room tickets are available for purchase at the ticket booth after 15:00 on the day of the performance. Standing-room tickets are not sold on this website.
